Shop your favorite Macsara Hair extensions with confidence. We offer multiple payment options so you can choose the one that works best for you.

Please note: Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, currency, order and checkout eligibility.

01. Credit & Debit Cards

Macsara Hair accepts major international credit and debit cards:

Visa	Mastercard	Maestro	American Express	JCB	UnionPay	Diners Club	Discover

Simply select card payment at checkout and enter your card details to complete your purchase.

For security, your bank or card issuer may require additional verification, such as 3D Secure (3DS), a one-time password, banking app approval, or another authentication method.

For international purchases, your bank or card issuer may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled by Macsara Hair.

02. PayPal

When you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to securely log in and authorize your payment. After completing the payment, you will be returned to the MACSARA website to view your order confirmation.

How it works:

1. Select PayPal at checkout.

2. You will be redirected to PayPal to sign in.

3. Choose your preferred payment method within PayPal.

4. Review and authorize your payment.

5. Once completed, you will return to Macsara Hair and receive your order confirmation.

Your PayPal transaction is subject to PayPal's own terms, eligibility requirements and payment authorization.

03. Klarna

MACSARA also offers Klarna as an alternative payment option for eligible customers. Klarna may allow you to pay for your order immediately or use available flexible payment options, depending on your country, eligibility, and Klarna's terms.

When you select Klarna at checkout, you will be redirected to Klarna to complete the payment process.

Available Klarna payment options are determined by Klarna and may vary between customers. MACSARA does not determine individual Klarna eligibility or payment plans.

How it works:

1. Add your Macsara Hair products to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout.

3. Select Klarna when available.

4. Follow Klarna's instructions.

5. Klarna will show the payment options available to you before you confirm your purchase.

Eligibility and approval are determined by Klarna. Macsara Hair does not determine whether an individual customer qualifies for a particular Klarna payment option. Payment schedules, late fees, credit terms, and other applicable conditions are determined by Klarna and may vary by market. Please review the terms provided by Klarna before confirming your purchase. 

04. Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available for mobile checkout only. When shopping on a supported mobile device, Apple Pay will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout if it is available on your device and you have an eligible payment card added to your Apple Wallet.

How to pay with Apple Pay:

1. Shop on the Macsara Hair website using your mobile device.

2. Add your favorite products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Select Apple Pay as your payment method.

4. Review your order, shipping information and payment details.

5. Confirm your purchase using Face ID, Touch ID, your device passcode, or another authentication method supported by your device.

Once your payment is successfully authorized, you'll be redirected back to Macsara Hair and receive your order confirmation.

Apple Pay will not be displayed as a payment option when shopping on a desktop or PC. If you are using a computer, please choose another available payment method at checkout.

05. Google Pay

MACSARA also supports Google Pay for eligible customers. Google Pay allows you to use eligible payment methods saved to your Google account or Google Wallet without manually entering your card information at checkout.

To complete your purchase:

1. Select Google Pay at checkout.

2. Choose an available payment method.

3. Confirm your billing and shipping information.

4. Follow Google's instructions to authorize the transaction.

Google Pay availability may vary depending on your device, browser, location, and participating bank or card issuer.

06. Payment Security

MACSARA Hair uses secure payment processing for online transactions. Supported card transactions may use 3D Secure (3DS), an additional authentication step designed to help confirm that the person making the purchase is authorized to use the card.

When required, verification is handled by your bank or card issuer and may include a one-time password, banking app approval, biometric verification, or another security method.

07. Payment FAQs

Is my payment secure?

We use secure payment processing to handle online transactions. Supported card transactions may also use 3D Secure authentication for additional protection.

Why was my card declined?

A transaction may be declined for several reasons, including incorrect payment information, insufficient funds, online or international payment restrictions, security checks, or a decision by your card issuer. If your payment is declined, check your information and contact your bank or card issuer if necessary.

Why can't I see a payment method?

Not every payment method is available for every customer. Options displayed at checkout can depend on your country, currency, device, browser, order and payment provider eligibility.

Will I be charged in another currency?

The currency displayed during checkout is the currency used for your Macsara Hair order. If this differs from your card or account currency, your bank or payment provider may perform currency conversion and charge associated fees.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed after your payment has been successfully processed. We'll send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, the payment method generally cannot be changed for that order.
